A5090781 Ronny is a smart and curious 3-year-old tan-and-white male Parson Russell Terrier mix whose owners surrendered him to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on July 22nd because they thought he was too “vocal.” Weighing 16 lbs, Ronny has a medium energy, is good with other dogs (he right away wants to play with them), shows definite signs of being housebroken, and likes everyone he meets. He appears not to have had any leash training, but he also appears to be a smart dog, so we think he’ll be a quick learner. As for the “vocal” label, our experience is that he may have been responding to being confined and/or left alone inside or outside and just begging for attention. We found him to be a great little guy who’ll make a rewarding indoor dog and companion in any household that provides him with activity, stimulation, and the love and attention he deserves.
