Solera LIFT to LIFE Mission
Enable Solera associates the opportunity to lead a LIFT to LIFE Mission supporting a cause they are passionate about. Our purpose for doing this is to make a positive contribution that is sustainable in the lives of those in need of a 2nd chance. This will be accomplished by leveraging the associates skills, introducing innovations and leveraging Solera's global footprint for marketing and awareness. We teach the 20 tools in order for recipients to learn and maintain the 80 at the end of our mission. LIFT to LIFE seeks to provide support and awareness to the localized causes of the Solera global family and help strengthen the overall LIFT movement.
Eyes4Zimbabwe is a charity that works to restore eyesight to the 80,000 Zimbabweans suffering from cataract-induced blindness. A team of volunteer surgeons and doctors provide free medical services to those in need, giving thousands a second chance with the gift of sight.

Eyes4Zimbabwe also distributes basic humanitarian supplies to orphanages, hospitals, and church organizations and promotes education and self-reliance to those in need.

The Goal: Bring awareness to Eyes4Zimbabwe Raise $50,000 in cash for the purchase of medical supplies Receive $50,000 worth of donated items Enlist volunteers to assist in the sorting and packing of the collected goods




Our world is so much of what we see from sunrise to sunset the landscape of our homeland. The important events that service the guideposts to our memories. But for many the daily joys of vision are fading. For the residents in Zimbabwe had cataract currently affects over 100,000. Environmental issues in genetics caused a rapid increase cataract case and knows no age limit with patients ranging in ages from seniority to infant. Imagine child that may never see a mothers face now imagine restoring that sight for just twenty- five dollars. Your donation provides the needed medical supplies so volunteer’s surgeons can provide the surgery to restore the eyesight of those in need.
